Milanote: How I Organize Creative Chaos

Let me tell you about my work bestie, Milanote.

If you’ve ever worked with me, you know I love being organized. Borderline concerning levels. Color-coded, mapped out, “there’s a board for that” energy. Milanote is how I keep what is often absolute creative chaos… coordinated.

I’ve used it across roles as a creative operations manager, video producer, and account lead... and it flexes across all of it.

Here’s a peek at the kind of things I’ve built in it for my teams:

  • Storyboards that actually feel visual and intuitive

  • Workflow mapping that keeps teams aligned

  • Brainstorming that doesn’t feel boxed in

  • Dashboards for internal docs and client-facing resources

  • Templates that save us from reinventing the wheel

It’s where messy ideas turn into something structured, shareable, and actionable.

At the end of the day, great work doesn’t just come from big ideas. It comes from the systems that support them. This just happens to be one of mine.

If you haven’t tried it yet, go check it out for yourself… and welcome to your new organized era: https://milanote.com/
