Bittersweet day.
Today is my last day at Salt Paper Studio.
Over the past two years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow in ways I never expected. I joined the team as a Producer and was fortunate to evolve into a Creative Operations Manager role, expanding my skill set beyond production and leaning into strategy, process development, team leadership, and creative concepting.
This was the most challenging role of my career, but growth rarely happens in comfort zones, and I’m incredibly grateful for the lessons that came from it.
I’ve always believed the goal is to leave a place better than you found it, and I’m proud of the impact I made during my time here. It’s been a chapter that has shaped me both professionally and personally.
Most importantly, I’m thankful for the friendships and connections I’ve made along the way. Those are what I’ll carry with me long after today.
